CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. - A teenager charged with depicting fellow students and a teacher in a pornographic story on an Internet site could face up to a year in jail.

Vincent Fuschino, 18, of Clifton Park, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, after an underage female filed a complaint with state police. She identified herself as a character in a 40-page story.

"It was a story written on the Internet. It was explicit with sexual innuendo," Senior Investigator Curt Lohrey told the Times Union of Albany.

Fuschino's lawyer, E. Stewart Jones, said he could not discuss details of the case, and is seeking youthful offender status for his client.

"Obviously, there are First Amendment issues," he said.

Lohrey said that the characters in the story could easily be identified as specific students due to physical descriptions, enrollment in certain classes or participation in school activities.
